About Me
I grew up in Denver, Colorado most of my life and moved to Grand Junction when I transferred to CMU after my sophomore year of college. My undergraduate degree is in exercise physiology and I have a Master of Science in Sport Management. I used to travel to Grand Junction every summer to get peaches with my grandpa, so Grand Junction has had my heart since I was little. I am an avid animal lover and enjoy the company of good friends. Camping is one of my favorite summer activities, along with some good ole country music concerts!
Favorite thing about Grand Junction
Anything to do with the river is really something I love to be involved with; fishing or floating for example. I love spending time on the National Monument at night so that I get the best view of the city and the perfect spot to stargaze. My favorite spot to eat in Junction is Taqueria Guadalajara off 7th and Pitkin Ave. They have the best tacos! I love spending time in Palisade at some of the wineries in town and occasionally treating myself at the restaurant called the Winery that is downtown. I attend Country Jam every year and have a huge love for rodeo. Anytime a rodeo is in town, you can bet on my being there. I have made some of the best friends and memories both at CMU and in Grand Junction and am happy to live the life I live here.
