Only Students living on campus may purchase a Residence Hall Reserved Permit (see below).
The following is a detailed list of the Resident Hall Reserved lots that coincide with the Resident Hall closest to them:
RHR2 : Monument Hall, Pinon Hall, Rait Hall, Tolman Hall, Walnut Ridge apts and Albers Hall
RHR7 & RHR28 : Wingate Hall/Apts, Garfield Hall and Aspen apts
RHR10 & RHR14 : Grand Mesa Hall, Lucero suites/apts and Bunting Hall
RHR29 : Orchard apts
If the Resident Hall Reserved lot you choose is sold out when you purchase a permit, you can go on a waiting list for that lot. Only apply to the waiting list for the lot closest to your Resident Hall. Do not put your name on all Resident Hall Reserved wait lists. If you are unsuccessful in purchasing one of these permits and are on a waiting list, you MUST still purchase a standard Resident Hall permit.
Students with a Residence Hall Reserved Permit may ONLY park in their specific lot designated with these signs. These permits are Lot specific, (Resident Hall Reserved 2 can only park in RHR2, Resident Hall Reserved 10 can only park in RHR10 etc.) Please familiarize yourself with the campus parking map before choosing this type of permit to make sure it is closest to your Resident Hall!!!!! Exchanging one of these permits for a closer RESERVED lot cannot be guaranteed if you purchase the wrong RESERVED permit or change Resident Hall assignments at any time.

Only Students commuting(Living off campus) may purchase a Commuter Permit (see below). Students with a Commuter Permit may only park in lots designated with these signs. Overnight parking or Camping is not allowed in any commuter lot on campus.
All Students can purchase the Value Permit online on a first-come, first-served basis. The Value Permit is valid in Lots V1, V2, V3 and V4 only. These Lots are on the southwest edge of campus, so please consult the parking map prior to purchasing a value permit to make certain that the location of the Value Lots will meet your needs. Parking in any lot, other that Value lots will result in a citation.
Students with a Value Permit may ONLY park in lots designated with this sign.
Motorcycle Permits are also available online. Motorcycle parking is restricted to motorcycle lots.
Students with a Motorcycle Permit may park in areas designated with this sign. Motorcycles CANNOT park in any space designated for a vehicle. However, they can park in Pay to Park spaces if they pay for the space.
